Trade Secrets

Trade secrets may also be referred to as confidential or proprietary information or know how. This is information that is not known by the public at large or is only disclosed to a limited number of people ‘in confidence’. Agreements that specify who may use such information and how it may be used are often called confidentiality agreements or NDA (non-disclosure agreements).

We can review the terms of such agreements, advise you about the implications of existing confidentiality agreements and also help draft and assist in negotiating new agreements for you.
